This quote means that if you do good things later on in life you will get good things in return. For example if you help out in things that are happening around your community.And you don't help around because they told you that you had to. But you want to help because it came from you and you want to help. Helping people will just make you a better person. You will also feel much better. If you are always studying and want to get good grades. Then your friends invite you to parties and you say no but want to go. Later on that sacrifice and hard work that you did is going to pay of. Also when you want to enter a sport . Sadly you did not make it this tryouts but you have next year. So everyday you play and play. You just keep on practicing day and night. This hard work is going to come back to you because you will make the team for the next tryouts there will be.
