This quote means that intelligence does not come from from in you. People will guide you and would show you what intelligence is. Also they will show you what it truly means. Some people that of course will show you what is intelligence is your parents. The education that your parent showed you will be the choices that you will take when your old enough. For example is your parents did not teach you will you would be like then like if they are always late to there meetings like the doctor. You could grow up also like that. In the other hand when you are not late to nothing that is a nice example you  give to you children. Its good because they are going to follow those same steps. If your education was not the best you could still and always CTR. You just need to think before you act and just try to make the right choose.
