But you want to help because it came from you and you want to help. Helping people will just make you a better person. You will also feel much better. If you are always studying and want to get good grades. Then your friends invite you to parties and you say no but want to go. Later on that sacrifice and hard work that you did is going to pay of. Also when you want to enter a sport . Sadly you did not make it this tryouts but you have next year. So everyday you play and play. You just keep on practicing day and night. This hard work is going to come back to you because you will make the team for the next tryouts there will be.

     “The independence and freedom can only exist in doing what's right”.  This quote means that if you do right all the time. Good things will always come to you. Like for example when you show that you are doing the right thing then you feel good about yourself. You feel good about yourself because you did something good and no one ask you to do it.So it just came from you. Another example is when someone is telling you what to do but you don’t want to do it. Like if they tell you make fun of a person they don’t like. So you then courage yourself and be brave enough to tell them that it is wrong and we should not be doing  this to someone else. That was CTR because you were brave enough to tell them what was wrong. You set yourself free and now you feel much better. You feel better because if you would not stop you will keep on hurting more people and more. If we always choose the right will always good to get in return good things.

This quote means that if you are good in life , life is going to teat you better. If you do something bad life is going to be bad for you. For example if you you help other people and no one ask you to help then. So it came from your heart. That is what we call truly good because it came from you and no one else. Another example is you give money to a homeless person. That what you did is truly great. Why because it came from your heart and no one else told you to do it. Every thing you do that will make the world a better place do it. But take a minute to stop in think. Don't do something just because they force you to do it and so you have to do it. No do it because it comes from you and you want to do it.

This quote means that just don't cheat. cheating is bad. Don't do something that then later on you will feel sorry for doing it. If you do things your way in a good way you will feel much better because you did it yourself. You did not need someone else to do it . For example if you are doing a test.So you ask your friend to pass you the answer because you know that so is always right and get good grade. At the end you copied from her and you get a good grade at the end . You going to be surprise that you got a good grade but at the same time you going to feel bad. You are going to feel guilty that you copied from someone and you did not answer the questions yourself. Your going to feel that you don't deserve that grade because it was not you that answer those questions. Another example is that yuo copying someones else homework. You will turn it in and of course get a good grade for it. your going to feel good that you turned it in. But when you get in back and you see an perfect score you are going to feel bad because it was not you that did the work.

Don’t try to get a good grade and do nothing only cheat. What will happen when you have a test. You are not going to know because you never did your homework or study for a test. Instead of cheating just get the grade that you deserve not a grade that i some else. Don’t cheat because one day you may get caught. That is going to be bad that now they think that you are cheating. Then later on you are going to realize why did you cheat. When should could of study yourself and do things for yourself.
