What this quote means that if you pick to be a CTR person you will go far. You will feel good about yourself . For example if you choose to do the right to people by helping them. In return you will get a thank you. That thank you will make you fell like you did something good for someone else. When you pick to be a CTR person you will will be full go joy never getting into trouble. In the other hand when you CTW you will always get into trouble and never be ok with other people. Always CTR and you will always live good and in peace. Put on goals on how to become a better person. Try to make a difference in the world.             Class Evaluation

This class gave new ways to be a better person. That you always have to be choosing the right. When you have free time to help others in what you can. Every time we came in here we will always work on being a better person.Until this day I learn that you have to be a CTR person 24/7. When we walk in here we always start writing about a new career. Like how much he gets paid and his education etc. Then when we are done with that we move to our journal to write our goals for 5min. I think writing in our journal is good because we set up goal that one day we want to accomplish. When we accomplish that goal you have to make it down to know that you already achieve that goal. When we are done with that we move on to our student success statement of the day. What this is , is a quote and you have to explain what it means  in your own words. When we are done with the writing our teacher then gives us some free time or other times we are in code.org. After this whole year I had a good time in this class. I feel like a CTR person now then when I came in.

    The ultimate choice is to be a CTR person - to Always Choose the right 24/7.

This quote means that you just always have to be a choose the right person. You have the power to choose your own decision. You get to pick what is right or what is wrong. If you choose the wrong  you will always get into trouble. If you choose the right you will always do the right. Just in case you do something wrong learn how to put up with the consequences. Take the responsibility for your actions. If you don't want to pass through all that you just have to CTR 24/7. In the other had it is good to do sometimes bad things. When you do bad things you will have to put up with the consequences later on. You still might be choosing the wrong but eventually you will get tired of doing it. When that day comes you will like to change and start doing things that you like or start helping others.

This quote means that if you don't set up a goal you are just going to not achieve anything. You have to set goals to work for something you want . Also feel that feeling that you finally made it . That all that hard work is actually paid off. If you don't think of what goals you want to do then you are never going to do progress in your live. For example you want to do all your homework everyday for a month. You have to set it up don't just say you are going to do it . Don't say it and at the end be lazy and don't do your homework. Another example is if you want to run 5laps at the end of the week. You have to write it someone where. Keep track of how many laps you run per day. If you keep on track and looking forward to achieving that goal you can. You just have to believe in yourself and you could do anything. Also be anything you desire as long as you always want to achieve your goals.

This quote means that until you forgive you will be in peace.If someone did something to you and at the end you got in a fight . So at the end she or he don’t talk to you so you leave it like that. Then time passes and you remember that you don’t talk to them no more and then you start to feel sorry of what you done. But you are not going to apologize because you think he or she have all the fault why you fought in the first place. Then time keeps on passing and you feel more worst because you like don’t want to be in a  fight with them. So the best thing to do is even though they don’t talk to you to just say sorry and say that i forgive you. When you say this you will live in peace that you forgive  that person . So now you have nothing to feel bad for. Overall what you could get out of this is that you will probably end up talking or you won’t. If you don’t at least you forgive that person and just move on.

This quote means that you prefer to do always the right before doing the wrong Don’t do something that later you will regret doing. If someone dares you to do something you have to think first before doing it. Tell yourself is it good for me to do this. Or will I get in trouble for doing this. If they tell you to use drug. You think that choosing the right. No it’s not because you are going to do harm to your body and also because drugs are just bad to use. If they dare you to do something that your don’t want to do it  just tell them you don’t want to do it. Don’t do it because they are calling you names. Just tell them no. This quote means that is to have the forage and just be yourself. For example if they are telling you if you want drugs. What you think will be the right thing to say  . What you a have to say is no and if they keep on bother you tell someone. Don't be afraid to not tell what happen to you. Also if someone and school or other places are bullying and you want it to stop. what will be the right thing to do. So then you don't want to tell no one because if you did they will hurt you or something. Stand up and still don't be sacred at the end we know every thing will be much better some way. AT the end you are not going to get hurt. Another example is when you always have someone to do things for you. so you don't worry about doing thing because ether do it for you. Also its good to stand up alone because one day you could have no one to  help you and you will have to do it yourself.

Don’t be doing things other people like you to do. Do it because you want to or why is the point for you to be doing you don’t like in the first place. The third one is don’t think only because of the money. For example if you have a job. So you don’t find no interest in it but you still do it because you win good amount of money . Work in what you like not because of how much you get paid. Last one means that you do good in life . Life will treat you good back. Pass on the kindness to other people. Don’t pass the bd to others for they could do bad too. If you don’t do good let other people do good.

This quote means that you just have to do what is right. For example if you find money. So you know who dropped it. What you think is that correct thing to do. If you choose the right you will follow that person and tell them that you found the money. Also that you want to return it to them. This quote means that when you act good. Good will come to you. If you act bad then bad will come to you later one in life. You have to earn the help off other. Then when you do something good you will off course feel good. When you do bad you never going to feel what good feels like. You will never feel please of what you did with other people. When people treat you bad in return you will find out how they felt when you did not help them out . If they needed you help. Don’t gain bad things from other people. CTR when you have the opportunity. When you CTR you will get in return happiness that you helped someone.

What this quote means is that that you have to choose the right always. You have to see at the moment what is right and better for you. Of course you will always choose the right decision.For example if they offer you drugs. You will have to make of course a decision at the moment. The correct decision will be tell them no and back away from those persons. Another thing is when you take a decision of going to a party or to study. You will of course think if you don’t go your friend will be mad at you or you will be a study person 24/7. If you are in the good path you will choose to stay home and study. You will have more knowledge and will know more then the people that went to the party for the test. You have to think what is more beneficial for you. In that case was to stay home and study.

What all these commandments have in common is that you always have to be nice. No matter what you are doing you always have to be nice. It like if you want people to be good to you. What will you have to do is be good to them. If you do something and you know it’s wrong don’t blame others. The right thing to do is full responsibility  for your actions. Say always the true and don’t lie. When you lie and lie things are just going to get worse and worse. Do community services where needed . Don’t go because they force you to do them. But do them because you want to help places that are needed. If you always CTR you will just live a better life.

This quote means that when you do a promise you always have to make it happen. In other words you should always accomplish what you say . If you can't accomplish what you said then don't say anything. When you make a promise people see if you accomplish that goal. It will be sad and you will be CTW if you don't do a promise. Just put yourself in the shoes that you mad a promise to. How will you feel if they did not do the promise that you told them to do. You will probably feel sad and angry. People are also going to stop telling you things because you don't think that promises are important. They going to be like don't to this person because he ends up telling everyone. You will just end up then one that can't keep promises.

Like if they are offering drugs to you say no. Don't do it because you are going to be more popular to them. Don't do drugs because that is bad for you and its going to harm you.

This quote means that you always have to choose what is right. Before doing something you have to think. You think if what you are doing is right or its wrong and if it is safe. You think and then acted. For example if they tell you to use drugs. You will first think is there are good beneficial s out of this. If you are right the answer would be stay away from it and say it sounds not good. The following reasons is because it will only harm you. Also because you are not going to get a healthy and good use out of it. In the other hand if they want to take to the park and just have fun. The answer will be yes because you will get a good use out of it. For example you will spend more time will the people you like to spend time with. You will feel more relax less stress, Lastly knowing that you will be safe.

This quote means that no matter what happens you will always be by the side. For example if you have a best friend and you do anything for her or him. If they win a game you would be happy for them because they won. If they tell you to give them your though about something you are going to give the true. Then is they they are having issues you are always going to be right there. When they are happy you are going to be happy for them. You are always going to be by their side because they love you and they care for you. If people are talking about them you will always try your best to defend them. If you get into problem and they say the true you are are also going to be there and say that it is true. In the other hand if they are saying all lies to not get in trouble and get someone else in trouble. You as a good friend will tell the true because your there friend and they have to learn to not CTW.

This quote means that when you are stronger then your mind. For example if you are running. Then you stop but you are almost at the finish line. Your mind is think that you should stop and finish it walking. Then your body wants to run to the finish line to get it done. Off course if you CTR you would of finished it running. Another example is when you are going to say something but you don't mean it. Like when you say a bad word to someone or yell to someone. Your then later on going to fell bad that you did that. Something you could do is say sorry for what you did to that person. That will be the right thing to do . At the end you will feel much better that you took that choices. We all have to think before we say something. We all do something that we don't want to do and at the end feel bad about it. If you are mad just take deep breath and think what are you going to say before saying it.

                     "I trust that my hard work will pay off".

This quote means that if you do good things later on in life you will get good things in return. For example if you help out in things that are happening around your community.And you don't help around because they told you that you had to. But you want to help because it came from you and you want to help. Helping people will just make you a better person. You will also feel much better. If you are always studying and want to get good grades. Then your friends invite you to parties and you say no but want to go. Later on that sacrifice and hard work that you did is going to pay of. Also when you want to enter a sport . Sadly you did not make it this tryouts but you have next year. So everyday you play and play. You just keep on practicing day and night. This hard work is going to come back to you because you will make the team for the next tryouts there will be.

Like for example when you show that you are doing the right thing then you feel good about yourself. You feel good about yourself because you did something good and no one ask you to do it.So it just came from you. Another example is when someone is telling you what to do but you don’t want to do it. Like if they tell you make fun of a person they don’t like. So you then courage yourself and be brave enough to tell them that it is wrong and we should not be doing  this to someone else. That was CTR because you were brave enough to tell them what was wrong. You set yourself free and now you feel much better. You feel better because if you would not stop you will keep on hurting more people and more. If we always choose the right will always good to get in return good things.

This quote means that if you are good in life , life is going to teat you better. If you do something bad life is going to be bad for you. For example if you you help other people and no one ask you to help then. So it came from your heart. That is what we call truly good because it came from you and no one else. Another example is you give money to a homeless person. That what you did is truly great. Why because it came from your heart and no one else told you to do it. Every thing you do that will make the world a better place do it. But take a minute to stop in think. Don't do something just because they force you to do it and so you have to do it. No do it because it comes from you and you want to do it.

This quote means that just don't cheat. cheating is bad. Don't do something that then later on you will feel sorry for doing it. If you do things your way in a good way you will feel much better because you did it yourself. You did not need someone else to do it . For example if you are doing a test.So you ask your friend to pass you the answer because you know that so is always right and get good grade. At the end you copied from her and you get a good grade at the end . You going to be surprise that you got a good grade but at the same time you going to feel bad. You are going to feel guilty that you copied from someone and you did not answer the questions yourself. Your going to feel that you don't deserve that grade because it was not you that answer those questions. Another example is that yuo copying someones else homework. You will turn it in and of course get a good grade for it. your going to feel good that you turned it in. But when you get in back and you see an perfect score you are going to feel bad because it was not you that did the work.

Non - Medical health roles are many that you could do to volunteer. For example Community Health Education  they provide you with a variety of topics or you can choose your own topic to teach a class to the local communities that will help build and strengthen the people through health and wellness. Also Photo Documentarian photograph designated patients and capture individual stories of interesting and important cases.  Interview patients about experiences and document these for IMR. Then there is also patient registration and Intake every patient has a registration form either electronic or paper where we capture important data. They start this process and registering the patients at the front end of clinic is essential. And still the list goes on and on. Another example is Statistics Team be part of a nightly team to capture the disease statistics from the clinic day.  This is an extremely important task for future teams.  All data is reported to the Ministry of Health and local health officials after the trip.  Learn about the common diseases and treatments seen in clinic Gain an understanding of the demographics of our patients.  Identify trends and gain an understanding of health disparities in different communities. So there is off course more like Well Care Pharmacy Team or Clinic Setup and Breakdown.

This quote means that you will not cheat. Cheating is just bad it’s incorrect. You should never check and always do it your way. For example if you did not do your homework. Don’t try to get a good grade and do nothing only cheat. What will happen when you have a test. You are not going to know because you never did your homework or study for a test. Instead of cheating just get the grade that you deserve not a grade that i some else. Don’t cheat because one day you may get caught. That is going to be bad that now they think that you are cheating. Then later on you are going to realize why did you cheat. When should could of study yourself and do things for yourself.

What you think they are going to say about you. In the other hand is you are nice an helpful you are going to be know you also a polite person. Another example is when you go help in a charity . Or you even do something good in your free time and no one ask you to do it. That is describing you because you like to help and no one has to tell you to do it. When you do this at the end of the day is what you did most what really counts. If you even help your little cousin with his/her with their homework . You are showing them that you care and learn how to do their homework.  It really depends on you and how you want to be seen in front of people.

Like what is the whole point you don't like it so why you do it. If you show that you don't like what you are doing people are going to not be fulling grateful with you. If your going to do bad will just stay home instead of making other people mad to. If you do good, good will come back to you in life. In the other hand if you do bad. Bad will come to you.                                            Medical / health Volunteer Opportunities

 

To start of volunteer is when you go to a place and help. The thing is that they don’t pay you to do it. You do it because you want to and it came from you. For example some medical volunteer is to do help at a hospital. It will be a plus for you if you would like to be a doctor some day. So you go volunteer and you help with ever the people around there need help with. Just remember you could also go to other volunteer places it does not have to be specifically for health/ medical. Another volunteer place is to a school or a park. Volunteer is someone that is not assign to do things but still do thing. Another volunteer place is the library. In the library you could read to the kids or help staff clean the book on the shelf. There is a lot of places to go you just have to go for it without being told.

 This means that that if you are doing the right or the wrong its going to stay with you until the last day. For example if  robe in your live that is going to make you feel bad . You are going to think that why did you do that thing would be better is i did not do it. If you always CTR you will feel that you did the world a better place. You have to think before you do think. Think I'm I going to do better with this action I'm taking. And if you are ding wrong should you still do it. Just think about your actions before doing thing. Sometimes when you do them you feel bad and sorry for what you did. But if you choose the right today you will feel better. And live a better life.
